Please ensure all cupboards are emptied prior to the installation team arriving. The fitting team will lay dust sheets down to keep your home tidy then remove and dismantle your old kitchen and remove old appliances and place them out side in a neat and tidy manner bagging up all lose debris such as old wall tiles, plaster etc.
Once removed they will start on your project by setting up electrics, relocating power points, re routing gas and water pipes inline with your design. You may require more power points and new low volt spot lights. We can remove stud walls if required, plaster wall and ceilings and take on small building works. You may need us to supply a new fuse board to bring you up to date with part P electrics from 2005.
Once the preparation work is done we would start assembling your units one at a time, checking for any damages before assembling. If anything is damaged we contact our supplier and get a replacement, normally same day. Then we would cut and scribe work tops and fitter panels, either in the room if space allows, but if not we have gazebo that could be set up outside if you don’t have a garage.
If necessary we can relocate the cold water stop tap so it more accessible, fitting an outside tap if required. We aim to get your water back on within two hours, (we might want a cup of tea !), but we will never leave you with no cold water supply before we go home.
We only use gas safe engineers for installing gas appliances , ovens and hobs.
If we plaster you wall or ceiling we would paint them with white base coat for ready for you to finish with your choice of colour.
We use a local man and van to come at the end of your project and remove all of your old kitchen and appliances. For a small extra cost he will also take anything else you wish to add, for example form your garden or garage.
